1. ORGANISER
1.1. The PERKESO MYFutureJobs PAWsitive Job Hunt Contest (the “Contest”) is organised by Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) (the “Organiser”).
1.2. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PERKESO (and/or its appointed agencies acting on its behalf).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The Contest is open to individuals residing in Malaysia aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
2.2. PERKESO employees and/or agencies directly involved in organising this Contest may be excluded from winning, at the Organiser’s discretion.
2.3. Participation in the Contest is voluntary, and by entering the Contest you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
3.1. The Contest will begin from 16 JUNE 2026, 12am until 7 JULY 2026, 11.59pm (the “Contest Period”).
3.2. Contest submissions received outside the Contest period will not be accepted.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
4.1. To enter the Contest, participants must:
1️⃣ Download the MYFutureJobs App.
2️⃣ Register your account (Skip this if you’re already a user!)
3️⃣ Save at least 5 jobs and screenshot your saved jobs
4️⃣ Screenshot your full profile
5️⃣ Upload screenshots (saved jobs and profile) to our Contest portal together with your personal contact details to submit your entry
4.2. Each individual is allowed to submit the Contest only once. Multiple entries using the same personal details (e.g. same mobile number) may be treated as duplicates and will be disqualified at the Organiser’s discretion.
4.3. There is no entry fee to participate in the Contest.
4.4. By submitting the Contest and opting into the Contest, participants indicate their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION
5.1. The prizes for this Contest are:
- First Prize: 1x iPhone Air (1TB)
- Second Prize: 2x Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025)
- Third Prize: 2x Apple iPad Mini (128GB + Wi-Fi)
- Fourth Prize: 5x Shokz OpenFit 2+
- Consolation Prize: 50x Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload Pin (Worth RM200 each)
Note: Each multi-quantity prize will be awarded to separate, unique winners (e.g., 2 separate winners for Second Prize).
5.2. Winners will be selected via a random selection process (which may be automated and/or manual).
5.3. Each Contestant is allowed to win only one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period.
5.4. The Organiser reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of winners (e.g. age, residency, duplication)
- Substitute any prize with another of equal or similar value if necessary (e.g. due to unavailability), without prior notice.
6. NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILMENT
6.1. Winners will be notified within a reasonable period after the Contest Period ends via the contact details provided in the Contest (e.g. WhatsApp, SMS, or email).
6.2. The Organiser may also announce the Contest results via MYFUTUREJobs official channels, such as website and/or social media pages.
6.3. Winners must respond to the notification and provide any additional details required (if applicable) within 7 days of being contacted. Failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.
6.4. All unclaimed prizes after the specified response period will be forfeited and the Organiser shall have no further obligation regarding such prizes.
6.5. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.
7. DATA & PRIVACY
7.1. Contact details collected from the Contest is solely for the Contest administration, winner verification and prize fulfilment.
7.2. Contact details will be stored in a separate, restricted file and will not be linked to individual Contest submission in reporting.
7.3. The Organiser will manage personal data in line with applicable personal data protection laws.
7.4. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment, system support, or where required by law.
8. ORGANISER’S RIGHTS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest and these Terms and Conditions in the event of circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or changes in applicable regulations).
8.2. The Organiser is not responsible for:
- Any incomplete, late, lost or failed entries due to technical or network issues;
- Any inaccurate information supplied by any third party in connection with this Contest;
- Any loss, damage or injury suffered by participants arising from or in connection with their participation, except where caused by the Organiser’s negligence.
8.3. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke a prize if:
- The participant is found to have submitted false, misleading or fraudulent information; or
- The participant is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions.
9. GENERAL
9.1. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest (including but not limited to eligibility, selection of winners and prize fulfilment) shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
9.2. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any updates will be made available via MYFutureJobs official channels.
9.3. By participating in this Contest, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
